represent the company at a professional level, building long-term strategic partnerships
lead, mentor, and develop the Business Development team
plan and manage the departmental budget and report on results
establish efficient internal processes to ensure a seamless flow of information between Sales, Marketing, and Service teams
be responsible for the quality of CRM data and leverage it strategically for departmental management and executive decision-making
