what you will do
... - managing tax procedures, ensuring adherence to all company guidelines for global mobility.
- advising on and handling monthly/annual compensation reporting, working closely with key partners (like payroll and corporate tax).
- evaluating fresh concepts, process tweaks, and internal policies tied to tax regulations.
- coordinating taxes for international tax authorities.
- preparing reports, analyzing data, and tracking tax compliance within global mobility.
- collaborating with project managers, local HR contacts, external tax advisors, and the payroll team to guarantee smooth compensation payouts for expats.
- mentoring colleagues on tax-related subjects and processes.
