key responsibilities
...invoicing: issuing, processing, and matching incoming and outgoing invoices.
ledger management: managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
inventory accounting: handling warehouse accounting
data & reporting: working daily within the ERP system, data entry, Excel reporting, and supporting monthly/annual closing procedures.
authority communication: communicating with Czech government authorities, customs, health insurance companies, tax offices, and banks.
daily tech: utilizing Microsoft Office (especially advanced Excel) and accounting software on a daily basis.

salary: 45,000 CZK – 55,000 CZK gross (depending on experience).

location: great office location in Prague 2 (full-time on-site, working hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, no home office).

who we are looking for
education: higher education degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
experience: ideally around 1 year of experience in accounting (experience with Pohoda E1 Premium or a similar ERP system is a huge plus).
hard skills: knowledge of Czech accounting standards, Czech tax law, and knowledge of Excel.
language skills:
soft skills: high responsibility, stress resistance, efficiency, and a proactive approach.
eligibility/visa: legal residence and permission to work in the Czech Republic.
