What will be your main mission?
... - go-to person for all things related to claims, diligently handling the daily processing of those involving delays, losses, or damages
- maintain close communication with carriers and customers
- collaborate closely with our Operational team to gather all necessary data and evidence for claims
- play a vital role in quality assurance, overseeing and supporting how to track quality events within the Transport Management System (TMS).
- conduct progress reviews to keep everyone informed and on track
- ensure the seamless processing of claim payments
- provide insightful data analyses, leveraging tools like MS Excel
what we offer
who we are looking for
- experience in Logistics/Transportation within an International business environment
- knowledge of transportation management
- understanding of the CMR claim process and regulations
- English is mandatory, and other languages are a big plus!
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- passion for detail, can meet deadlines, and has a strong work ethic
- is customer-oriented and possesses
- has a hands-on problem-solving mindset
