An international company with a long-standing tradition, a leading supplier of sugars and sweeteners, is looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Logistics Coordinator to join its logistics team, ideally with knowledge of Spanish and English, with additional advantage of knowing French.
The offices are currently relocating to Prague 6.
your daily responsibilities will include
... - processing orders, close cooperation with production
- planning transports, communication with carriers, processing transport documents (CMR, delivery notes)
- invoicing (issued and received invoices)
- entering all data into the internal system (ITAS)
- providing customer service (by phone/email)

who we are looking for
- experience in logistics for 3 years and more
- active knowledge of English and Spanish (spoken and written), additional knowledge of French / Czech is highly welcomed
- user-level computer skills
- willingness to learn new things
