• organize truck transport, making sure orders are prepared, allocated, and routed in the best possible way
• coordinate deliveries to meet client needs and payment terms
• expect proactive communication with clients and carriers via email and phone
• ordering transport services from carriers and assigning shipments to them
• monitoring and tracking shipments, and keeping clients informed about their status, will be a key part of your day
• when problems arise with shipments, you'll be the one to solve them
• actively look for opportunities to optimize costs and add value whenever possible
• tracking and resolving freight claims is also on your plate
• ensuring and improving the quality of all services and processes is important to us
• regular updating of all data into our internal system is key
