In this segment, they are focusing on providing accessible and high-quality products for common health concerns. An important aspect is expert advice and customer information regarding the offered OTC medicines. The company emphasizes customer service and a pleasant shopping environment.
The role of PTA involves handling customer questions about the pharmacy's products both verbally and in writing. This includes providing support for our online pharmacy via various channels on topics like shipping, order status, invoices, pricing, and website navigation. The main language used for communication with clients is German.

... - responding to customer inquiries about the pharmacy assortment both orally and in writing
- providing customer support on topics such as shipping, order and delivery status, invoices, price information, website, etc., through various contact channels for our online pharmacy
- contributing to the creation of a knowledge database based on incoming inquiries and given answers
- working with a customer management system and other IT applications

who we are looking for
- high customer orientation, experience in customer service, and communication with customers
- excellent German language skills at C2 level (near-native proficiency) are required; additional knowledge of English is a plus
- experience with customer management systems and online shop software
- ability to efficiently operate common applications and programs, such as MS Office or internet browsers
- willingness to work in shifts within a flexible hour system 5 days a week, including Saturdays
