They aim to provide accessible, high-quality products for common health issues, emphasizing expert advice and keeping customers informed about available OTC options. As a Pharmacist, you'll be responsible for dispensing medications and serving as customer support, handling customer inquiries and questions via phone and email. You'll also supervise and professionally support a small customer support team.
key responsibilities
... - Ensure Legal Compliance: Oversee that all health services meet current laws, regulations, and guidelines. You'll propose and implement measures to maintain this compliance.
- Manage Internal Processes: Develop, update, and monitor the implementation of internal procedures and methodologies.
- Monitor Legislation and Reporting: Continuously track relevant laws and regulatory body opinions, inform management, and ensure timely submission of required reports to regional authorities and SÚKL (State Institute for Drug Control).
- Fulfill Professional Obligations: Adhere to commitments with the Czech Chamber of Pharmacists (ČLnK), including ongoing professional development.
- Handle Additional Pharmacist-in-Charge Duties: Address suspicious prescriptions, arrange safety training, manage waste disposal, and organize occupational health examinations.
- Resolve Patient Complaints: Efficiently handle patient feedback and complaints.
- Comply with the Falsified Medicines Directive (FMD): Ensure adherence to regulations regarding the safety features of medicines.
- Communicate and Collaborate: Liaise and cooperate with the pharmacy operator, authorities, and business partners.

who we are looking for
- fluent in German (C1 and above); additional knowledge of English and Czech is a plus
- university degree in Pharmacy
- active member of the Czech Chamber of Pharmacists (ČLnK) with certification to act as a professional representative.
- conscientious and meticulous worker with strong attention to detail.
- willingness to work in Bor u Tachova in a flexible pattern (or relocate)
