Maintenance and repair of coffee machines at our workshop in Prague 4 – Modřany (Belárie tram stop) within a small, close-knit team.
Planned and occasional urgent on-site visits to customers.
Occasional administrative support with service intake and over-the-counter sales.
Administration in Helios Orange (full training provided).
On-call duty approximately once or twice a month.
Schedule: 1–2 days per week in the workshop, with the remainder spent on field service visits.
Field service across the Czech Republic (with an emphasis on efficient logistics and meaningful travel time management).
Comprehensive onboarding in Prague with a dedicated mentor available for ongoing support.
Future specialization in large-scale professional coffee equipment.
Handling heavy loads: Working with components and tools (approx. 20–30 kg) as part of a team.
Working with technical documentation and schematic drawings.
Customer communication: Providing technical consultations and resolving service requests.
