warehouse worker / forklift driver.

• operating modern high-lift and low-lift forklifts, with a primary focus on Man-up turret trucks
• storing and retrieving goods at heights exceeding 1.5 meters
• ensuring smooth material handling 
• utilizing a warehouse scanner, with quick on-the-job training provided
• no heavy lifting required—only occasional manual handling of lighter loads up to 15 kg

what we offer

• base salary starting from CZK 29,750
• monthly performance bonuses up to CZK 3,800
• night shifts: +15% premium
• rewarding weekends: +35% on Saturdays and +40% on Sundays
• overtime: +25% on weekdays and Saturdays, +35% on Sundays
• a monthly housing allowance of CZK 3,000
• 25 days of paid annual leave 
• meal vouchers worth CZK 115 for short shifts or CZK 129 for long shifts

who we are looking for

• availability for a rotating 7.5-hour shift pattern (morning, afternoon, night) and the ability to cover an 11.5-hour weekend shift approximately twice a month
• adaptability to heights: as the work is performed at elevated levels, a comfort with heights is essential 
• core prerequisites: a clean criminal record and a good communicative level of English
• advantage: Good eyesight and basic math for counting items on pallets
