For our client, a small, dynamic company in the textile industry, we are currently searching for a Customer Service Representative fluent in German and Dutch.
Can you speak German and Dutch fluently and are you looking for flexible, part-time working hours in a remote position? Do you want to be the key person handling client inquiries for these markets? Then you are the one! You will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every client, from product selection to handling returns.
key responsibilities
... - handle all incoming customer inquiries (phone, chat, email)
- provide advice on textile products and assist with optimal selection
- process and manage customer orders and status checks
- efficiently resolve returns, exchanges, and complaints
- maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM system
- stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
