How you will contribute:
... - Handling customer inquiries using different communication channels
- Providing customers with product and service information
- Creating new business opportunities through a proactive approach
- Manage customer master data ensuring timely maintenance, accuracy, completeness and integrity of all information
- Manage order flow from order acquisition to order entry in compliance with agreed trade terms
- Manage delivery flow by liaising directly with planning, logistics and customer whilst acting as the first point of contact in the event of any query/issue
- Manage goods returns in compliance with agreed trade terms
- Act as customer’s first point of contact in case of commercial, logistics and product claims, by managing and solving customer complaints and by providing information
- Show active participation in both organizational preparation and execution by supporting with the facilitation of Sales events such as Buying Days and Collection presentations, Logistics of customer’s onsite training and customer visits
- Issue sales/customer-related reporting to the benefit of both the sales team and the upper manager
- Propose solutions to the upper manager to enhance customer service-related procedures, processes and systems
- Participate in ad hoc sales-related activities and/or projects

who we are looking for
- Native speaker or equivalent (level C2) Polish
- English language on B2 and higher level
- Ability to work within fast-growing environments and contribute to building a new organization
- Good working knowledge of Office Package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-oriented
- Team player
