Your role: As our primary SSO Expert, you will ensure the seamless, secure operation of Keycloak across over 150 global sites. You are the authority for all SSO-related matters, driving security, performance, and strategic migration efforts.
... - Keycloak Mastery: Manage the smooth operation and security of Keycloak, including developing and maintaining open- and closed-source Keycloak Extensions.
- Strategic Migration: Lead the migration initiative from Ping and Entra ID to Keycloak.
- Security & Compliance: Conduct regular security assessments and penetration tests, implement our cutting-edge Passkey-based MFA strategy, and leverage real-time analytics for threat detection.
- Modern Infrastructure: Utilize a modern infrastructure (IaC, Kubernetes) and collaborate closely with our supportive SRE team to guarantee high availability within our self-hosted, cloud-native ecosystem.

Who you are:
- Core Experience: Bachelor's/Master's degree and 3-5+ years of proven SSO experience, with focus on Keycloak.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong Developer Skills, especially in Java, for implementing and customizing solutions. Python is a plus.
- In-depth mastery of SSO protocols (OIDC, OAuth, SAML).
- Familiarity with Entra ID and Envoy is advantageous.
- Infrastructure & Security: Experience with IaC and Kubernetes is beneficial. Proven ability to conduct or coordinate security assessments.
- Soft Skills & Language: Proficiency in English (required); German is a significant plus. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
