As a Senior Engineer, you will act as the technical guardian of a specific banking application, managing its complete implementation cycle from business requirements to technical reality. Your focus will gradually shift toward owning the system’s operation and maintenance, where you will proactively monitor performance, resolve complex issues, and optimize the environment within AWS and Kubernetes. Beyond development, you will ensure long-term security, maintain thorough documentation, and actively contribute to the team’s growth through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
This position is part of a leading International IT Hub supporting financial institutions across several EU countries. We are looking for a Mid-to-Senior engineer who is ready to move beyond simple task delivery and take full technical ownership of a core banking application. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the system—ensuring its stability, performance, and security in a modern cloud environment.
